Voice Reminder - Datenschutzerklärung

Diese Datenschutzerklärung beschreibt, wie Voice Reminder, Paketname net.langhoangal.voicereminder (die "App") Informationen verarbeitet, wenn du die App nutzt.

Die App wird weltweit bei Google Play von Lang Hoang, einem unabhängiger App-Entwickler mit Sitz in Vietnam, bereitgestellt ("ich", "mich" oder "mein").

Diese Erklärung erläutert, welche Datentypen erfasst werden können, wie diese Daten verwendet werden und wie die Verarbeitung außerhalb des Geräts geschützt wird.

1. Kontozugriff

Die Erstellung eines Kontos ist optional und gilt nur für Funktionen, die ausdrücklich eine Anmeldung erfordern.

2. Datenschutz von Kindern

Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren. Das empfohlene Mindestalter für die Nutzung der App beträgt 16. Sie ist bei Google Play weder als an Kinder gerichtete App noch als Families-App deklariert. Wenn du als Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigte:r glaubst, dass ein Kind mir direkt personenbezogene Daten bereitgestellt hat, kontaktiere mich, damit ich angemessen reagieren kann.

3. Lokale Gerätedaten

Die App speichert einige Informationen lokal auf deinem Gerät.

Reminders, groups, schedules, spoken messages, audio selections, app preferences, and execution history are stored on your device. Selected data is uploaded only if you create a cloud backup; account, reward, advertising, purchase, analytics, and diagnostic data are handled separately as described here.

Reminders and groups:
Reminder titles, spoken messages, schedules, active periods, mute rules, and group settings.
Audio and preferences:
Custom audio copied into app storage, speech settings, vibration patterns, appearance, and other preferences.
Reminder execution history:
Reminder occurrences and acknowledgement records, including Done and Snooze actions, are stored locally and may be included in a backup if you select that option.

Ich verwende angemessene administrative und technische Maßnahmen, die für die von mir direkt verarbeiteten Informationen geeignet sind.

Informationen, die an die in dieser Erklärung beschriebenen Dienste übertragen werden, werden über deren SDKs und verschlüsselte Netzwerkverbindungen gesendet, sofern dies unterstützt wird.

Keine Methode der elektronischen Übertragung oder Speicherung ist vollständig sicher, und absolute Sicherheit kann nicht garantiert werden.

8. Datenspeicherung

Local reminder data stays on your device until deleted or removed with app storage. Cloud backups and signed-in reward records are stored by Firebase. Account, purchase, advertising, analytics, and diagnostics data follow the relevant providers' retention policies.

Lokale Daten: Delete reminders or history in the app where available, or clear app storage or uninstall to remove app-owned local data. Exported backup files and original audio files outside app storage must be deleted separately.

Serverdaten: Cloud backups remain until deleted in the app or removed by backup retention limits. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete cloud backups or rewarded-session records. Contact support to request deletion of account-linked app data.

Daten Dritter: , , , Google Identity services, Firebase services, and other relevant providers retain data according to their own privacy and retention policies.

9. Datenlöschung

Delete individual reminders and history using the available in-app controls. Clear app storage or uninstall Voice Reminder to remove app-owned local data.

Delete exported backup files and original audio files separately from the location where you saved them.

To delete a cloud backup, sign in to the same Google account, open Backup & restore, and delete the selected cloud backup. If you cannot access that feature, contact support.

To request deletion of account-linked backups or rewarded free-session records, email support@langhoangal.dev with the subject “Voice Reminder Data Deletion Request” and identify the Google account used in the app. Do not send passwords.

Signing out or uninstalling does not delete cloud data. Purchase, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and identity data processed by service providers may be retained under their own policies.
