Voice Reminder - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Voice Reminder, ชื่อแพ็กเกจ net.langhoangal.voicereminder (the "App") handles information when you use the App.
The App is provided worldwide on Google Play by Lang Hoang, an นักพัฒนาแอปอิสระ ตั้งอยู่ที่ Vietnam ("I", "me", or "my").
This policy explains what types of data may be collected, how that data is used, and how off-device processing is protected.
1. Account Access
Creating an account is optional and only applies to features that explicitly require sign-in.
Authentication provider: Google.
Use local reminders without an account. Google sign-in is optional for cloud backup and restore and for saving rewarded free-session days to your account.
2. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. The minimum recommended age for using the App is 16. It is not declared as a child-directed or Families app on Google Play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to me, contact me so I can take appropriate action.
3. Local Device Data
The app stores some information locally on your device.
Reminders, groups, schedules, spoken messages, audio selections, app preferences, and execution history are stored on your device. Selected data is uploaded only if you create a cloud backup; account, reward, advertising, purchase, analytics, and diagnostic data are handled separately as described here.

Reminder titles, spoken messages, schedules, active periods, mute rules, and group settings.
- Audio and preferences:
Custom audio copied into app storage, speech settings, vibration patterns, appearance, and other preferences.
- Reminder execution history:
Reminder occurrences and acknowledgement records, including Done and Snooze actions, are stored locally and may be included in a backup if you select that option.

Optional Google account information
Account identifiers, email address, and profile name may be processed to sign in and link cloud backups and rewarded free-session days to your account.

I use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled directly by me.
Information transmitted to the services described in this policy is sent using their SDKs and encrypted network connections where supported.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data Retention
Local reminder data stays on your device until deleted or removed with app storage. Cloud backups and signed-in reward records are stored by Firebase. Account, purchase, advertising, analytics, and diagnostics data follow the relevant providers' retention policies.
Local data: Delete reminders or history in the app where available, or clear app storage or uninstall to remove app-owned local data. Exported backup files and original audio files outside app storage must be deleted separately.
Server data: Cloud backups remain until deleted in the app or removed by backup retention limits. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete cloud backups or rewarded-session records. Contact support to request deletion of account-linked app data.
Third-party data: , , , Google Identity services, Firebase services, and other relevant providers retain data according to their own privacy and retention policies.
9. Data Deletion
Delete individual reminders and history using the available in-app controls. Clear app storage or uninstall Voice Reminder to remove app-owned local data.
Delete exported backup files and original audio files separately from the location where you saved them.
To delete a cloud backup, sign in to the same Google account, open Backup & restore, and delete the selected cloud backup. If you cannot access that feature, contact support.
To request deletion of account-linked backups or rewarded free-session records, email support@langhoangal.dev with the subject “Voice Reminder Data Deletion Request” and identify the Google account used in the app. Do not send passwords.
Signing out or uninstalling does not delete cloud data. Purchase, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and identity data processed by service providers may be retained under their own policies.
